These handsome underarm crutches provide
state of the art comfort, function and good looks. We custom fabricate
them to fit your personal specifications. Like all of our custom crutches
they will never make a sound because there are no adjustment holes to
egg-out and rattle.
Made with 100% titanium,
they are built-to-last and to make you last. Every joint is artfully
welded by TiSPORT.
The ends of all the tubes are filled with handsome machined solid brass
plugs. Even the handles are welded. They are a generous 4-1/2” wide
rather than the standard 4".
LiteStix
Titanium Underarm Crutches come complete with your choice of my new
Slim-Line or Solid Rubber underarm pads. Be sure to state your choice
when ordering. If you aren't sure order both and send one back. The
handgrips are my new durable Saddle Grips made with black natural cowhide
leather wrapped over a shock-absorbing cellular urethane pad. You have
a choice of either Tornado or Performance gel filled shock-absorbing
crutch tips. Both will have my patented Rain Rings installed making
them over 300% more wet-slip resistant than ordinary tips. While not
slip-proof, they will provide you with a severe advantage on wet smooth
surfaces. A Natural Luster matt finish is bead blasted into the entire
crutch body. This is easily maintained using the supplied Scotch-Brite
pad with some soap and water. Towel dry then apply a coat of furniture
wax . Doing this will keep them looking like new forever.
For
those who want an all black crutch we can have them powder-coated. Please
be advised that the Black Powder Coat finish isn't nearly as durable
as our Natural Luster finish and will scratch, chip and peel over the
years. To order send us a tracing of your existing crutch and fill in
the order form along with all your vital statistics. Please measure
your crutch according to our measuring instructions and write them on
your tracing. Keep a copy for your records. The maximum user weight
is 500 pounds.

LiteStix Titanium Forearm Crutches are only 7/8" in diameter so they
look slim and are very easy to pick up and handle. They have the greatest
strength to weight ratio of any commercially available crutch.
Fetterman's LiteStix Titanium Under Arm Crutches
are custom fit and made using our advanced one-piece construction method.
The handle post is beautifully welded to the main body of the crutch
(TiSport welders have a minimum of 10 years experience). There is no
handle collar held on with rivets to loosen, resulting in permanent
strength. We had an independent testing facility apply a static load
to the handle and it held a staggering 1870 pounds before the weld began
to slowly peel. That's strong
These newly designed LiteStix
cuffs have the lines of a racecar. Made of solid black 606 nylon they
are super durable and handsome. The broad back of the cuff cradles the
arm giving a great deal of support. They taper down toward the front
to minimize their appearance on the front of your forearm. These side-opening
cuffs hook over your forearm and hang tight. This enables the active
use of your hands without removing the crutch. We custom size the cuffs
to your forearm for a perfect fit.
Padded inserts cushion the back of the forearm and absorb
perspiration. Remove for extra cuff room to accommodate bulky winter
coats.

and protection.

very shock absorbing and long lasting.
Natural Luster bead blasted titanium crutches will
look great indefinitely because there is no anodizing or paint to scratch
off. Titanium's harder surface will not mar as easily as aluminum or
paint. Bead blasting enhances titanium's handsome warm tones. Maintain
with soap and water and a cloth to wipe dry.
The entire titanium uni-body construction
is guaranteed against failure under normal use for a 10-year period,
even if you bend one in a fall. This guarantee does not include the
cuff and post assembly, replaceable tips, grips or cuff pads. My guess
